Hello from Mission Viejo! This is the second part of my entrepreneurial burnout series. I just wanted to touch base with you and remind you to get out there and be physical, run this morning. I am here the Norman P Murray Center and we’re getting ready with a bunch of my friends to run and walk this 5k here this morning. So I just want to encourage you to get out and exercise.
Exercise can be really important especially when you sit at your desk for long hours during the day like I do. It just keeps your mind going, keeps you active. I don’t know about you, but it allows me to be able to rest better at night so when I’m sleeping, it’s better sleep. So when I’m awake, I’m working harder. So I just encourage you all get out there and have a great day!
We have goals to chase, dreams to catch, and businesses to run. I have found that I get overwhelmed and sidetracked when I am not giving my own body enough time to refresh and refuel. Exercise is a vital part to avoiding entrepreneurial burnout.
Taking time to stay physical will allow our minds to stay clearer and our work time to be more efficient. If you are not out on the trail, or in the gym, find a way to get yourself there.
None of us can afford to be down for long.http://bit.ly/2SYPnSC
